Solidwool x Fan Optics

Guillaume Furminger set up Fan Optics in 2010. It is an eyewear brand that believes in modern British design and contemporary styling.

Designed with longevity in mind, they are focused on bringing high quality and design led products to the independent eyewear market. Their frames are made using the highest quality Italian acetate and are handcrafted into beautiful frames. A maximum of 100 of any frame style is produced to ensure a unique product.

Fan approached us to see if they could offer a limited edition range of frames made from Solidwool. With 5 designs available, the frames have been launched as part of their SS15 range.

The frames are made from 100% Solidwool with Carl Zeiss lenses added to the sunglass collection.
